BowdenCorp will deliver alterations and extensions to the existing building at Aveo Cherry Tree Grove Retirement Living, significantly enhancing the community spaces and resident apartments. This project is focused on creating modern, comfortable, and functional environments that cater to the evolving needs of residents, staff and visitors.

**Project Scope and Objectives:**

The primary objective s to revitalise the existing community centre and reconfigure resident apartments to improve resident comfort and enhance community interaction. BowdenCorp's role is to execute the project with precision, ensuring high-quality construction, adherence to aged care standards and the creation of a welcoming and accessible environment.

**Project Highlights:**

- Refurbishment of the existing Community Centre.
- Reconfiguration and complete fit-out of existing apartments.
- Minor upgrades to finishes and FF&E.
- Construction of a new entry.
