# Flinders Peak Pavilion, Corio

This project has delivered a brand-new, single-story sports pavilion, creating a dedicated home for the local rugby and football clubs. This development represents a significant investment in community sport, providing modern facilities that will support the growth and success of both clubs. The inclusion of high-quality playing fields and inclusive amenities will foster a welcoming and thriving sporting environment for players and supporters alike.

Project Scope:

The scope of this construction project involved the creation of a new single-story sports pavilion designed to meet the specific needs of the local rugby and football clubs. A key feature of the development is the provision of a fully-lit field for each club, ensuring optimal playing conditions for training and matches, even after daylight hours. The new pavilion also included a well-equipped kitchen to cater for club events and activities, as well as gender-neutral change rooms, promoting inclusivity and accessibility for all participants.
