The project included the construction of a three-storey Residential Aged Care Facility, including a basement carpark providing convenient and secure parking for residents, staff and visitors. Above ground, the facility incorporates two levels of Self-Contained Unit (SOU) accommodation, providing residents with greater independence within a supportive community.
