Justin Villa Aged Care – BowdenCorp

BowdenCorp completed a comprehensive staged refurbishment and expansion project at the Justin Villa Aged Care Facility. The project focused on enhancing resident comfort, improving internal connectivity and upgrading essential services to provide a modern and supportive environment for residents.

Project Scope and Objectives:

The primary objective was to modernise and improve the existing facilities to meet the evolving needs of residents and staff. The works were delivered in accordance with aged care standards, with a strong focus on maintaining a safe, comfortable and functional environment throughout the facility.
