BowdenCorp is undertaking a comprehensive staged refurbishment and expansion project at the Justin Villa Aged Care Facility. This project will focus on enhancing resident comfort, improving internal connectivity and upgrading essential services, ensuring a modern and supportive environment for residents.

Project Scope and Objectives:

The primary objective was to modernise and improve the existing facilities to meet the evolving needs of residents and staff. BowdenCorp must adhere to aged care standards and create a safe and comfortable environment for all.
