Queen Elizabeth Early Parenting Centre

BowdenCorp delivered the construction of stages 1 and 2 of this Early Parenting Centre, a vital community resource dedicated to providing specialist support and delivering flexible, targeted services for families with children aged 0-4 years. This project focused on creating a modern, functional and nurturing environment that supports early intervention and promotes positive child development.

Project Scope and Objectives:

The main goal was to build a custom-designed facility that would boost the centre's ability to offer extensive early parenting support. BowdenCorp's responsibility was to carry out the project meticulously, guaranteeing top-notch construction, compliance with healthcare standards and the development of an inviting and supportive environment for families.

Project Highlights:

• Construction of new Early Parenting Centre: Aimed at providing specialist support and delivering flexible, targeted services for families with children 0–4 years old.
• Stage 1: Enabling works to the Residential, Administration and Day-Stay wings.
• Stage 2: Partial demolition of existing buildings, construction of new building areas and internal refurbishment works to existing buildings whilst remaining operational.
