BowdenCorp delivered The Glen Medical Centre, a contemporary two-storey healthcare facility designed to support the growing needs of the local community. Replacing an existing dwelling, the new clinic has been purpose-built to provide a welcoming, efficient and future-ready environment for both patients and healthcare professionals. With a strong focus on functionality and user experience, the project reflects a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality health infrastructure in a live suburban setting.

Project Scope and Objectives:

The project involved the demolition of an existing structure and the construction of a modern medical centre tailored to contemporary healthcare delivery. Key objectives included creating a highly functional layout that supports seamless patient flow, integrating modern medical technologies, and ensuring accessibility across all areas.
