We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for our Warrnambool office.
As a Contract Administrator with us, your key responsibilities include achieving project profitability, mitigation of project risk and maximising project opportunity, procurement, client, sub-contractors and consultant communication, adherence to and management of administrative elements of the contract and project.
You will work closely with your project team to deliver projects on time, with strong commercial outcomes, and to expected standards of quality and safety. You will spend time in the office and on-site.
It is important to us that our people are collaborative, team players with strong communication skills, have appropriate construction knowledge and experience, are proficient with project management software, can operate in a fast paced environment and always operate with integrity. Also, a keen eye for detail and an absolute commitment to quality outcomes are essential.
Ideally you will have a relevant tertiary qualification, and exposure to JobPac, Procure Pro, Hammertech. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is a requirement.
