We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Melbourne team, working on projects in Melbourne's northern corridor.

Bowden Corporation is a tier 3 commercial construction company that has been in operation since 2001. We operate across Victoria, most often on projects that make a difference to the community such as schools, social housing, emergency services, local council facilities.

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Melbourne, working on projects in Melbourne’s northern corridor.

You will be responsible for the accurate, timely and safe delivery of our projects and communication with our project team and sub-contractors, consultants and clients.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide supervision, coordination and leadership to all subcontractors

  • Management of project accuracy and quality

  • Timely project delivery and programming

  • Supervision of the implementation of BowdenCorp Site OHS

  • Ensure the Intergrated Management System is managed and implemented across work sites

  • Strong communication and corporate representation

  • Regularly communicate with the project team

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Minimum of 4+ years' experience as a Site Manager
  • Demonstrable experience on similar projects 
  • Trade background preferred
  • Proven experience running projects with multiple stakeholders on site
  • Good commercial understanding
  • Experience with Hammertech and Microsoft 365 is advantageous
  • Residing in North or West of Melbourne preferable
