As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our collaborative and high-performing team.

About the Role
As a key member of our Pre-Construction team, you'll play an important role in helping BowdenCorp secure future projects by coordinating the preparation and submission of high-quality tenders, expressions of interest (EOIs), cost plans, presentations and other business-critical documents.
You'll work closely with senior management, estimators, project managers, HSEQ professionals, finance specialists, people and culture representatives and our marketing team to bring together compelling, compliant and professionally presented submissions.
This is a fast-paced role where organisation, ownership and attention to detail are essential. You'll manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, coordinate information from across the business and ensure every submission is delivered accurately and on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating Winning Submissions

Manage the end-to-end preparation and lodgement of tenders, EOIs, cost plans and supporting documentation

Review tender requirements, manage compliance obligations and coordinate information from internal stakeholders

Create and maintain SharePoint tender workspaces, document control systems and submission schedules

Coordinate site inspections, addenda, clarifications and post-tender activities

Monitor and manage estimating inbox communications
Producing High-Quality Documents

Prepare professional submissions and presentations using established branded templates

Proofread and quality-check content for accuracy, consistency and compliance

Coordinate electronic lodgement and post-tender interview materials
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

Work closely with Estimating, Project Delivery, HSEQ, Finance, People & Culture and Marketing teams

Support a collaborative submissions function through workload sharing, knowledge transfer and team support

Maintain and improve submission resources, standard response libraries and internal processes
About You
You'll bring:

Previous experience in a Submissions Coordinator, Bid Coordinator or similar role

Experience coordinating complex, deadline-driven submissions

Exceptional organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong written communication, proofreading and editing capabilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Current driver's licence and Working With Children's Check
- Australian work rights required
Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, including editing and formatting within established templates

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience working with SharePoint, document management systems and shared content libraries
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines and document standards
Highly Regarded
Experience within the construction, engineering, architecture or related industries
