Our Lady’s Parish is a warm and welcoming community church that also serves the adjoining school, Our Lady’s Catholic Primary School. Bowden Corporations project was to refurbish the old building, including the renovation of the church’s interior, roof maintenance, construction of a new narthex and entrance canopy, and external paving BowdenCorp was pleased that the refurbishment provided such a positive impact on the local parish community. It was an incredibly proud moment for BowdenCorp, as over 1500 parishioners attended the opening Ceremony. Diversity and inclusion is a focal point of the BowdenCorp business and the Parish refurbishment and upgrade has continued to focus on diversity and inclusion with the wide spread multinational congregation that attend Our Lady's Parish. BowdenCorp was able to delivery this finished product to such a happy client. After the refurbishment the building became a much more user friendly church, with much more space, seating and visibility, in a much safer building. The project was delivered on budget and on time.

The Roman Catholic Trusts Corporation for the Diocese Of Melbourne

The new Watsonia Ambulance Station was built on a small site on a main busy road, which required the installation of additional traffic lights, to allow the Ambulances a speedy exit from the station when required. The Ambulance Station is double storey and consists of 3 ambulance bays, medical storage, delivery room and bathroom on the lower level, and on the upper level all of the necessities for Paramedics being a general kitchen/dining area, resting rooms, office spaces, a study/training room, locker bays and bathrooms.The new Ambulance Station will provide shorter waiting times for community members requiring emergency services.
