Luke McKenna is an accomplished construction professional with over 20 years of experience. His expertise spans architectural residential construction, mid-tier commercial developments, high-density residential projects, civil infrastructure and complex basement works. Since joining BowdenCorp in 2012, he has led the company's Geelong and Western Victorian operations with a commitment to quality, safety and performance. He is passionate about design and construct (D&C) delivery models and brings significant expertise in Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), where he adds value through proactive collaboration, buildability insights and cost-effective solutions during the pre-construction phase.

Sam joined BowdenCorp in 2021, bringing over 17 years of experience in the building industry. He's successfully completed projects in many sectors, including education, healthcare, industrial, community, emergency services and aged care—mostly in regional Victoria. Sam is especially skilled at managing complex projects in sensitive, operational settings.

At BowdenCorp, Sam leads operations in Southwest Victoria. He's responsible for overseeing projects, client communication, business growth, contract management, quality control and program management. Sam is a registered Domestic and Commercial Builder, a member of the Master Builders Association, and holds a Certificate III in Carpentry, a Certificate III in Work Health and Safety, and a Certificate IV in Building and Construction.
