The BowdenCorp team comprises construction managers, project managers, contract administrators, site managers, and subcontractors, each committed to creating transparent and collaborative working relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and each other, to deliver each project on-time, on-budget, and to the highest standard of quality. 

Executive Team


James Bowden

James brings over 30 years of commercial and residential construction experience to BowdenCorp and is responsible for the overall management of the company. Having completed projects with construction values of up to $20 million, James’ duties include procuring new works, strategic planning, and overseeing the responsibilities of all employees and subcontractors.

James is a member of the Master Builders Association and has been a licensed commercial and domestic builder since 2001.

Regional Manager - Geelong and Western Victoria

Luke McKenna

As one of BowdenCorp’s Regional Managers, Luke has been working in the industry for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience in architectural domestic construction, mid-tier commercial construction, high- density residential construction, civil works, basement construction, and structural steel assembly. Luke joined BowdenCorp in 2012, and is responsible for managing our Geelong and regional operations.

His responsibilities include high-level management of all staff and contracts including programming, day- to-day planning & scheduling, cost control, and client liaison. Luke ensures that projects are delivered safely, on time, at the specified quality, and on budget. He is trade qualified, and holds a range of certificates including Cert IV Construction, Cert III OH&S and Cert III Carpentry Frame and Fit Out.

Regional Manager - Melbourne and Central Victoria

Warren Keeble

Warren has been with BowdenCorp since 2005, and brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial and domestic construction to his role as Regional Manager. Warren is responsible for managing our Melbourne metropolitan and eastern Victorian projects, valued at up to $20 million.

Like Luke, Warren is responsible for the management and oversight of all project teams and sites, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, at the specified quality, and on budget. Warren has completed a Cert IV Construction and Certificate IV OH&S.

Estimating Manager

Warwick Johnstone

Warwick has over 17 years’ experience in the construction industry having worked on projects up to $150 million in value across a variety of sectors such as industrial, commercial, retail, educational, and health. Warwick began his career as an apprentice carpenter/ joiner, winning State Apprentice of the Year and going on to win the national award.

Since this time Warwick has worked across multiple states in Australia and has progressed his career through roles as a Carpenter, Site Manager, Project Manager, Estimator, Design Manager, and Estimating Manager. Warwick has completed Cert III (trade qualified), Cert IV and Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours). This breadth of experience has led to his involvement with trade government advisory boards.

People, Culture and Change Manager

Anna Hart

With over 30 years’ experience in HR, Anna’s focus is on creating workplaces that are great to work in, and that drive business success. Having worked predominantly in the legal industry, and joining Bowden Corp recently, her aim is to support James, the executive team and all who work at Bowden Corp to maintain the great culture and support our high performing teams to deliver consistently for our clients. Anna completed her Masters of Commerce (HR) at Swinburne University, and is a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Finance Manager

Peter Panagiotopoulos

Peter has 20 years’ experience as a Finance professional, with 10 of those years in the construction industry, qualifying as Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) in 2005. He has worked in a range of boutique construction companies while also having extensive experience with large / ASX listed multi-national companies.
