Luke McKenna is an accomplished construction professional with over 20 years of experience. His expertise spans architectural residential construction, mid-tier commercial developments, high-density residential projects, civil infrastructure and complex basement works. Since joining BowdenCorp in 2012, he has led the company's Geelong and Western Victorian operations with a commitment to quality, safety and performance. He is passionate about design and construct (D&C) delivery models and brings significant expertise in Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), where he adds value through proactive collaboration, buildability insights and cost-effective solutions during the pre-construction phase.

Brendon brings 25 years of experience across residential and commercial construction, beginning his career as an Apprentice Carpenter in 2000. After joining BowdenCorp in 2014 as a Site Manager. He became a Project Manager in 2019 and was appointed Construction Manager in 2023. Brendon is responsible for overseeing BowdenCorp’s regional building sites, including planning, subcontractor management and stakeholder coordination. He plays a key role in identifying design or compliance risks early and ensuring projects align with BowdenCorp’s core pillars.

Passionate about Design & Construct delivery and growing our regional presence, Brendon continues to strengthen long-standing client relationships. In addition to being trade qualified, Brendon has completed Certificate IV – Building and Construction, Certificate III – Occupational Health & Safety and Certificate IV – Work Health and Safety.

  • Lorne Surf Life Saving Club

    Our long association with Lorne Surf Life Saving Club stretches over 20 years. Many of our team are strong swimmers and avid surfer, so it makes sense to be involved as a company but also as individuals supporting the community.

  • Lorne Football & Netball Club

    Football and Netball clubs are often the community hub of a regional town and it's no different in Lorne. BowdenCorp are proud sponsors of the Lorne Dolphins and extremely proud to be part of an inclusive club such as Lorne Football Netball Club.

  • Meredith & District Motorcycle Club

    We proudly sponsor the Meredith & District Motorcycling club. Located on the southern edge of town. The club offers a great family friendly environment for all ages and abilities, where riders can develop their skills and confidence.
