Over the past 11 years, BowdenCorp have worked with the Cotton ON team to deliver a state of the art, one of a kind business park that has successfully established themselves as a destination workplace.

BowdenCorp was appointed by the Cotton On Group to deliver the “Cotton On Kids” Project. The project was an extension of an existing space at the Cotton On Campus in Geelong. The delivery of the project involved a staged approach to the refurbishment works. The refurb works of the existing space required heavily on our team’s ability to meet the changing design requirements of the project brief.
The refurb works were complimented by exterior landscaping and external façade upgrade.
