This was a complex build. We experienced and overcame unforeseeable ground conditions. This required our project team to creatively problem solve and program the staging of works due to the sloping construction site and mitigate rock latent soil conditions.
Since completion of the project there has been no minor defects and the staff are very pleased with the finished product. The new Ambulance Station will provide shorter waiting times for community members requiring emergency services. Providing a vital community service to reduce response times for emergency assistance.
