Doncaster Ambulance Station

Doncaster Ambulance Station was a new build, built on a sloped site. The building comprises of a 21 car park basement, 6 ambulance bays and the top floor including all of the necessities for Paramedics being a general kitchen/dining area, resting rooms, office spaces, a study and a training room.

This was a complex build. We experienced and overcame unforeseeable ground conditions. This required our project team to creatively problem solve and program the staging of works due to the sloping construction site and mitigate rock latent soil conditions.
