Highton Retirement Village - Geelong

BowdenCorp was appointed for a 4 stage construction project of a retirement village in Geelong. The project entailed the construction of 39 aged care townhouses at Ryman Village in Geelong. These townhouses were delivered over 4 stages in conjunction with the delivery of a further 30 multi level apartments.

The independent living townhouses formed the Charles Brownlow village, which offer living spaces that are light and spacious with well-considered layouts, and have balcony or patios. As part of the Ryman Village Complex offers residential aged care (low care and high care), and specialist dementia care.  BowdenCorp are proud to partner and provide such a vital Independent Living Accommodation for the local community in Geelong.
