This crucial project will delivered a new, single-story fire station, significantly enhancing the emergency response capabilities in the region. Designed with operational efficiency and the well-being of fire personnel in mind, this modern facility provides the necessary infrastructure to ensure the community receives prompt and effective fire and rescue services. The inclusion of dedicated support vehicle storage further strengthens the station's operational capacity.

Project Scope:

The scope of this construction project involved the creation of a new single-story fire station featuring three drive-through motor vehicle rooms, providing ample and rapid access for fire trucks. The facility will also include a turnout room for quick gear changes, dedicated office spaces for administrative tasks, a storage room for essential supplies, and a versatile multipurpose room for training and community engagement. To support the daily needs of the fire personnel, the station is equipped with a kitchen, laundry facilities and essential amenities. Additionally, the project includes the construction of an external steel-framed storage shed designed to house two support vehicles, provide equipment storage, and incorporate a workshop area for maintenance. External works encompass new concrete paved areas for vehicle movement, secure boundary fencing with an automated gate, the installation of a rainwater tank and septic tank and associated landscaping to create a functional and presentable facility.
