BowdenCorp worked with Boroondara City Council to deliver the Markham Pavilion in Ashburton. This project required the complete the demolition of existing amenities, provision of temporary facilities for sports clubs during construction, redevelopment of the facility including Amenities, Change Rooms, Social Room and External Works.
Home to many sporting clubs in the local area, this project has allowed many more user groups within the local area to access and use Markham Pavilion. The upgrade of this facility has provided both modern quality and equity standards of the facility to embrace both diversity and inclusion to the local community.
