Project Scope:
This three-level development comprises 26 sole-occupancy, self-contained apartments, each thoughtfully planned with a bedroom, bathroom, living and kitchen facilities. To ensure a safe and supportive environment, the building incorporates 24/7 onsite support services, secure tenancy management, and a full administration hub with reception, consulting rooms, and staff amenities. Additional features include a communal laundry, visitors’ space, and landscaped outdoor areas that encourage connection and wellbeing. With a strong focus on sustainability, functionality, and community impact, this project reflects our ability to deliver complex social infrastructure that makes a lasting difference and provides long-term value to vulnerable members of the community.
