# St Paschals Estate, Box Hill

BowdenCorp undertook the comprehensive refurbishment of the existing cloister courtyard at St Paschal's Estate in Box Hill. This project focused on thoughtfully revitalising a cherished historic space, enhancing its accessibility and functionality while preserving its inherent tranquility and charm. Our careful approach ensured that modern accessibility requirements were seamlessly integrated within the existing heritage fabric.

The project involved a complete overhaul of the cloister courtyard, transforming it into a more accessible and inviting space. The scope included:

- Construction of a **new accessible deck**, providing improved usability and gathering space.
- Installation of **new ramps and stairs** to ensure seamless, compliant access throughout the courtyard.
- Replacement of **entry doors** to enhance aesthetics and accessibility.
- Extensive **landscape works** within the courtyard to revitalise its appearance and create a more serene environment.
