BowdenCorp were involved in the redevelopment of the Quiksilver Australia Headquarters. BowdenCorp have completed a $2m refurbishment of an existing former office space in Torquay which now includes a neighbouring brewery. The refurbishment, fit out and base build of the 2 locations was completed in a live environment as the client continued to work within the facility throughout the refurbishment works.
BowdenCorp constructed a new staff social space that seats over 100 staff members within the facility. The other main feature areas completed in the refurbishment scope was the construction of new meeting rooms, new quiet rooms, installation of feature skylights, design details, the upgrade of the existing boardroom and the construction of an internal cafeteria.
