As we enter our next chapter, we’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Marketing & Content Coordinator to help bring our projects, people and partnerships to life.
This is a dynamic, delivery-focused role supporting our Marketing Manager and working closely with our project teams, Estimating, Business Development and People & Culture.

About the Role
The Marketing & Content Coordinator plays a central role in keeping our marketing activity moving efficiently day-to-day.
You’ll be capturing live site content, editing photography and video, supporting bids and proposals, maintaining marketing systems, coordinating events and ensuring our brand is consistently represented across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing
Content & Digital
• Capture photography and video across live project sites
• Edit photo and video content for digital, internal and bid use
• Draft social media content aligned to our editorial calendar
• Upload and maintain website content
• Coordinate professional shoots and manage image libraries
• Ensure all content is accurate, consistent and on-brand
Bid & Business Development Support
• Maintain our centralised project list for marketing and bid use
• Update and manage the Bid Toolkit (CVs, case studies, capability statements)
• Provide bid coordination support during peak periods
• Maintain HubSpot CRM data to support pipeline visibility
People, Brand & Events
• Support employer branding and internal communications
• Coordinate site signage and brand implementation
• Assist with sponsorships, activations and events
• Manage branded merchandise sourcing and ordering
About You
Essential:
• Marketing, communications or digital qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Strong written communication skills
• Hands-on photography and videography experience (capture through to edit)
• Experience with social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram), CRM and CMS platforms
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confidence working across both creative and administrative tasks
• Current driver’s licence and Working With Children’s Check
Highly Regarded:
• Experience in construction, property, architecture or professional services
• Exposure to bid or proposal support environments
Systems & Tools
You’ll be confident using:
• Microsoft 365 & SharePoint
• Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Premiere (or equivalent video editing)
• LinkedIn & Instagram
• HubSpot CMS & CRM (or equivalent)
