We are seeking a Senior Contract Administrator for our Geelong office.

Due to a period of exciting growth, we are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Regional CA Manager, this role is responsible for project delivery and profitability as well as risk mitigation. The Senior Contract Administrator is key in providing leadership and support whilst also ensuring quality communication with clients and Project Managers.
Other responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring the Contract Administration team and ensuring that team members are engaged and supported
- Project budgeting and forecasting including reviewing progress claims, variations and adjustments
- Completing procurement and contract management processes to ensure transparency, and performance
- Undertaking appropriate due diligence to identify and mitigate risk
Ensuring contractual adherence, compliance and reporting - Supporting project team members to ensure accurate programming, communication and delivery
- Liaising with key stakeholders and team members to ensure schedules are met and deliverables realised
- Documentation management and control including reporting
The successful candidate will come with a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role preferably within commercial construction. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to lead, develop and inspire a team. A commitment to quality outcomes is required along with the drive and motivation to achieve outstanding results through others. A working understanding of Jobpac, ProcurePro and Hammertech will be an advantage in addition to proficiency in Microsoft 365.
