The initiative involves the complete removal of outdated infrastructure to make way for state-of-the-art sporting surfaces and amenities. Project Scope:
The scope of this project included the demolition of the current tennis courts and associated structures to clear the site for the new development. The primary construction work involves the creation of three new synthetic grass sports courts, designed to accommodate various sports and internal refurbishment to the existing clubhouse. Additionally, a running track was integrated into the new facility. External works were also undertaken, including site paving for improved access, the creation of a timber seating area for spectators, comprehensive landscaping and grassing and planting to enhance the overall aesthetic of the precinct.
