The scope of this project includes the complete demolition of all existing structures to make way for the construction of a new two-story childcare centre. The new facility will offer a total of 112 child places, catering to the growing demand for early childhood education. A key feature of the design is the inclusion of ground floor undercroft car parking, providing convenient and safe drop-off and pick-up areas for parents. The childcare centre will also boast dedicated outdoor landscaped areas on both levels, offering children ample opportunities for outdoor play and exploration in a secure environment.
