BowdenCorp is delighted to have once again partnered with the Boroondara City Council, this time to deliver a comprehensive redevelopment of the JJ McMahon Memorial Kindergarten, working with designs from Content Studio. Building on our previous successful project at the kindergarten over a decade ago, this new development provides a state-of-the-art early learning facility for the community.
Project Scope and Objectives:
The primary objective was to replace the outdated existing building with a modern, high-quality early learning facility that would meet the evolving needs of the community. BowdenCorp's role was to provide a complete construction solution, encompassing demolition, new building construction, and associated landscape works, ensuring a safe, engaging and functional environment for young learners.
