Sunshine Hospital, New Fire Control Room

This project involved the construction and comprehensive fit-out of a new Fire Control Room (FCR) at Sunshine Hospital. The scope of works included detailed mechanical and electrical installations to support the FCR's operational requirements, along with modifications to the existing hospital building to accommodate the new facility.

As part of the upgrade, a new accessible entry ramp and staircase was constructed, ensuring improved access and compliance with current accessibility standards. The project required careful coordination to minimise disruption within a live hospital environment, with a strong focus on safety, compliance and stakeholder communication throughout.
