With the successful completion of Stage 1 of Sunshine Special Development School, the staff are enjoying the new warm and light-filled rooms and facilities to help give the best educational experience to their students.
The work at this stage included the demolition of multiple existing buildings, and the construction of new general learning buildings for the specialist, senior and junior blocks. These new units are single storey and include shared learning areas, classrooms and support spaces for the students.
Our project scope also included finishing trades, painting, installation of pinboards, carpets and vinyl, joinery installation and completion of electrical and plumbing fittings.
