BowdenCorp was engaged to deliver the internal refurbishment of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Centre at Warrnambool Base Hospital.
The $1.3 million project involved a 430 sqm refurbishment across two levels, focused on enhancing the functionality, comfort and experience of both staff and patients. Works included upgrades to the main entrance, waiting areas and office spaces—transforming them into more welcoming, efficient and user-friendly environments. The project was carefully staged to minimise disruption within the live healthcare setting, with particular attention to safety, compliance and the sensitive nature of the facility’s operations. The result is a refreshed and modernised centre that better supports the delivery of essential mental health and and drug and alcohol services to the Warrnambool community.
